1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through the BOGEY website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they accept these terms.
2. Products and availability
We aim to present products as accurately as possible. Colours, proportions and embroidery details may appear slightly different depending on the screen, lighting or production process. Product availability may change without notice.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. Any shipping charges or other applicable costs are displayed before the order is submitted.
4. Orders
Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay. A summary is sent to the email address entered at checkout. BOGEY may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or incomplete information.
5. Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal payments become active only after the live website has been connected and tested with a PayPal Business account.
6. Shipping and returns
The rules shown on the Shipping & returns page form part of these terms.
7. Product conformity
Consumers retain all mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods under the law applicable to their purchase.
8. Liability
BOGEY is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.
